While subscription is "optional", you'd still see less than 5% of the actual world/content as a non-subscriber.
I don't know what you mean by pricing type, though.

And from what I recall, you have to be really really social to enjoy the game.
Unless they changed it (which they might have over the past many many months), I spent most of the time either 1) playing with parties and just doing whatever I had to do on my turn before alt+tabbing back to manga or something, or 2) soloing which was slow as fuck unless you were FotM
