Yes, he brings up some valid points about feminism being bad and preferential treatment given to women in the justice system. But then he inserts a ton of unintelligible garbage (Stalin? Really? WTF was he smoking?) and fails to explain how he arrives at the conclusion that feminists are to blame for mass incarceration. Sex-related crimes fall under violent crime, and if you look at the numbers, you'll see that the incarceration rate for violent crimes has been dropping since the 1970s (and possibly earlier, I don't really feel like wasting time looking into this tbh).

He's not really excusing rape, though. That criticism is blown out of proportion and is kinda dumb.

This guy actually brings up some really good points, and the article criticizing him is pretty bias (surprise surprise, given the site).

He says some dumb things like

Not to mention "railing on gay rights".

But he's not saying the act of rape shouldn't be criminalized specifically, he's arguing on the basis that rape and sexual harassment is redefined unfairly under the law. Quite frankly I agree with him too.

Recreational sex in the evening turns into accusations of â€œrapeâ€ in the morning, even when it was entirely consensual.

Which is entirely possible and prone to abuse. False rape accusation like the Duke Lacrosse Team Case is a good precedent.

It's a mixed bag really.
