580 is still a really easy break point.
I actually lose damage when equipping a base Hagi's Shuriken compared to bare hands.

So it depends on where you are in your Ninja training, so to speak. People migrating from a STR-only or Will-only talent have a lot more to make up for since their original damage stat only counts for half.

Also when is the red switching?
We're not sure, we got some of KR's Ninja changes with this latest patch, but not any of the major skill or equipment changes so they might not come over at all unless NA or KR purposely pushes/takes it.

Is there a calculator online I can put ranks into for that?

I used an All Skill Reset Capsule at total level ~5900 or so.
I got 11,000+ AP back 'cause of all the events and junk.

And on that topic, a friend sent me a screenshot that included her character sheet. Her stats were MAJORLY lower than mine, despite being higher total, so I'm shocked to hear that MINE are somehow pre-midgame low to you guys here. WTF kind of steroids are you all on?
Enchants, +max damage is OP.
Let's say you're going melee and you apply a few enchants (RA-8 to play it safe) and get +12 max on a weapon, +8 max on armor, +15 max on your hat, and then +5 max on your boots.
That's worth 100 STR.
Not to mention things like those accessories that come out of gachas that give +35 STR
each.
... not that I specifically agree with everything Ironwoman says, I'm just pointing out part of what makes such a large strength difference between players. I've seen higher-end players that didn't bother enchanting suddenly notice a huge damage increase upon borrowing somebody else's enchanted gear due to how
potent +damage enchants are.
