  ooooo I hate this! I sit there and go "Oh that could've been 5 synthed dyes!". I always feel this way too after a gacha and people leave the raid/shadow crystals all over the ground.

  I don't know about you, but when I'm laying around irl, I have a pretty neutral face too.
  Plus, if you pick a "neutral" neutral face, then it gives more meaning to facial expressions when you actually make them.
  
  I always pick neutral faces in character customization specifically for these reasons.

  People who make their character look absurdly outlandish for the sole purpose of being eyecatching.

  Seriously, pack files? Each file has to be looked up and unpacked to be loaded into the game each and every time. The more content is generated for the game, the slower the game becomes.

  We love a game that's been antiquated for so long =C. I hate how poorly optimized it is compared to modern ones. It puts more strain on my system than everyone and their mother firing rockets at me in Battlefield 4.

  I just realized something that I guess I got used to, but is actually really annoying now since we have multiple bags: your main storage auto-moves toward the "Shop" inventory when you're talking to an NPC, or when you're reforging.
