Cannot Open Mabi Downloader

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. I had some problems running the game (again) so I tried to reinstall it. Now the downloader is giving me a popup saying it can't open it, even with "run as admin".

Don't use the downloader--get the installer directly from their CDN: http://download2.nexon.net/Game/Mabinogi/FullVersion/MabinogiSetup173R.exe
