Singing with Instruments at r5?

yes you can use singing with anything equipped

You cannot sing when you have an instrument on main hand. It'll force you to play the instrument instead.

But, you'll receive a greater buff with an instrument than with singing, given the instrument has + music effects.

Didn't see the thread but it might be people complaining for the sake of complaining. I see nothing wrong with being able to use every skill (except chorus/encore) without having to equip a musical weapon. The only thing is the buff doesn't stack with playing instruments as it would when you have an instrument equipped.
