Rain Casting
Influenced by: Wind Alchemy, Water Alchemy, Clay Alchemy, Alchemy Mastery?

Sand Burst
Influenced by Clay Alchemy, Alchemy Mastery?
Influence: Damage, Duration

- What is Sand Burst's duration?
- How do the aforementioned mastery skills influence Sand Burst's duration?

I'm looking for specific details on these skills. Actual numbers.

Tropa or Aubog will most certainly be more familiar with regards to rain casting, here are some values for sand burst duration

Base blind time for sand burst from:
- rF to 6 is 9 seconds
- r5 to 2 is 10 seconds
- r1 is 11 seconds
Under r1 Alch mastery, r1 clay mastery and r1 sand burst using a vanilla cylinder with no title equipped, sand burst lasts approximately 14-15 seconds

By directly multiplying the blind duration with alchemy bonuses gives a duration of 11 x 1.15 x 1.1 = 13.915 seconds, which is close to the value I've had, errors most likely stemming from measurement methods.

Should be safe to assume:
sand burst duration = base duration * alchemy mastery bonus * clay mastery bonus

I appreciate the information.

I'm going to instead assume that the correct formula is what i've posted below as alchemy skills add their bonuses.

[Blind Duration * (1 + Alchemy Mastery Bonus + Clay Alchemy Bonus)]

I'm still looking for info on Rain Casting.

All mastery (Alchemy Mastery, Wind, Water, and Clay) increase the size of rain-casting clouds.
You will see greater difference in size of clouds if you rank up Alchemy Mastery than Wind/Water/Clay (Alchemy>Wind=Water=Clay).
But none of these mastery will increase the duration of clouds.

Personally, I would rank these all up if I am planning to solo NPCs but otherwise r1 Alchemy Mastery is more than enough to cover NPC Finals.

Sorry, i knew sand burst before it got changed, never saw any difference with rain casting, but that could be bias since i only notice considerable changes. But then again, it could make sense.

Not sure if you're using another one intentionally but just a reminder :D

Also I've noticed that there may be a situation where sandburst sure-fails if you use it too closely in conjunction with another player's attack. Someone might wanna do more testing on this.
