Long post is long, my rationalisation is was that the better written it was, more likely I'd get reply from a moderator or something, but Nexon forum formatting is horrible and theres no edit button D:.

Okay, first up, thanks for clicking on my thread
Heres my predicament:
It started on the 13th of Friday when I was messing around with some computer settings, trying to decrease my latency in the game, and I was logging in and out frequently. Eventually I met the Account Activation Required page, which asked me to click on some link in an email sent to the email account I registered with.
The problem is, at the time of registration, I used the email of my ISP account @aanet but since then I've changed ISP. Thus, I no longer have access to the email, in fact, I'm not even sure that email account exists anymore since I've heard aanet delete your mail accounts after you switch.
My nexon passport was made 4-5(?) years ago with the help of a parent since I was too young at the time (which is what TOS stated I had to do) but luckily, I remembered most of the details. So I filled in a form to request help from customer support and noted that they would try to reply in 2-7 days, It's been 6 working days so far and still no reply. I'm getting nervous/impatient/scared/other @_@
I've spent a lot of effort on this account e.g , total lvl650ish, R1 WM, R2 Refine, R6 Taming, decentish range skills, a bunch of pets and heaps of great friends and guildies (whom I borrowed stuff from and now can't return for obvious reasons) not to mention my Maple and CA account is on the same passport. I know I'm not a Master of Spark, or 'the Original Magic Master' or anything close to that elite level, but still, its my character and I'm quite attached to it.
Back on topic, for the 3rd time... If I get no luck after 1 more day, I'm going to try and fill out the form again but in more detail, since the first one wasn't really 'to the best of my ability'. I want to ask if anyone else has had any success in a situation similiar to mine, or has any advice on what information I should add to the form? Better yet, a reply from a mod would make me feel more at ease. I've read some threads such as this and this but both seem to trail off.
I suppose I could work out some sort of gift in mesos, gold, nx and/or eternal devotion for the most helpful person(s)? Assuming I get my account back T.T
