how do you make friendships offline .-.

Find people who like to do something you like to do.
Do that thing with them.
???
profit
It's not hard. Once you have one or two friends offline, their friends slowly become your friends as well.

If you can't pay attention enough to find out, or put yourself in a situation to learn, someone's interests, no one can help you. If you don't regularly interact with people and see the same person multiple times without actively seeking them out, you're never going to find a friend.
Real life isn't so simple as walking up to a random person and saying "Let's be friends!". The type of people who would say yes are rare. Acquaintanceship comes before friendship, and interaction comes before acquaintanceship.

It's not as hard to make offline freindships. The only thing I can say is common interests. It can be awkward considering how they don't know you and all, but if anything id say the first step is having a common problem and you guys try to work it out together or you guys know of each other and something happens or something pops up to where you guys have an in depth convo. OR you can be that person thats just super like friendly and doesn't care and just introduces themselves enthusiastically.

If not in school you should get a job. Or try hanging out with one of your relatives friends. Dunno, as long as you're yourself and aren't trying to impress anyone everything should just come naturally.

Get off the computer and be a regular person. Making friends is really an easy thing. Pick up a convo with someone and if they seem interested in what you are saying than continue on with it. If not drop the person quick and try to find another.

There is this thing called a voice, you can use it to communicate with others to gather information.

Try finding people with similiar interests or goals, but don't limit yourself to those categoies of people themselves. It's just a way to start, if anything.
Go to places where social gatherings may happen, such as cafes, parties, and the like. You may end up getting to know someone that sits beside you or something of they have the intent of conversing with you.
Getting out of the house and getting a job (if you don't go to school or classes with others) is also a good way to find friends. (Hang out together on breaks or slow times and get to know each other or something !)
If you're not used to starting a conversation with someone, the best solution really is to go out there and keep trying. Sooner or later, you'll get used to it to the point it may become a regular habit you are comfortable with. Don't always rely on people to initiate a conversation with you, you have to put in some effort yourself as well !
