Can Osay make a nation app for iOS devices and tablet\phone-pods not owned by Apple?

  Yes i notice southperry has this as well, and it asks me to use it every time i am on it.

  In our case that's a glitch, it's only supposed to be offering to donors, because it's considered a donor feature, but their plugin doesn't seem to grasp that if it's set to only allow a select list of usergroups to access it, it should limit it's encouragement to those groups.
