I spent my first few months trying to make money, and making sure I was under level 30 so I would have free service to sell junk.
Meaning I also spent a good chunk of my time back then dying over and over again on purpose to lose exp.
I left for about a year due to being distracted by other stuff, but I still stayed under a total level of 30 when I came back (once again, to keep my personal shop).
Only after a very long time did I decide I would just stop trying to sell stuff and level up, but when I did, I made sure I was ttl to train things.
About a year was spent training random stuff, on x1 training for everything because if I rb'd, I'd go over the beginner total for resetting skills.
I wasted a month of playing on icebolt, from training it to mastering it one bolt at a time.
Then I reset my skills at Duncan.
I trained refine on x1 training too, before requirements were trained.
I also did all of my generations during this time, because it'd be easier for me to fight in them since I didn't want to make a random party to ask for help.
As a result, only now am I nearing a total of 3k.
I started in 2009. orz
I have terrible luck in most things so I'm too scared to do things like enchant and upgrade my gears. According to most threads I've read around here, my gear is on the same level or possibly worse than what a beginner should make. Partially because I'm paranoid about breaking them through repairs and enchants, and partially because I'm both too weak and unmotivated to make them.
Most of my "party" fighting consists of me and my one friend. We're both warriors, so our ability amounts up to smashing things everywhere and wm'ing things to all corners of the world. I apologize to all the people I've awkwardly knocked targets away from and broken combos, I'm just not cut out for working in parties.
I did mostly life skills before combat skills, so I'm bad with fighting in general.

Guys, I hate to say this but I've received numerous reports on this thread, and while I should probably just take the easy way out and close it, I'm going to re-open it for you guys to continue your confessions. However keep in mind that this is not a church, you don't need to confess details of other players (especially incriminating information, detailed NX sales, or any negative comments towards other players)
If you are unsure if what you are going to post is against the rules, review some of the rules or contact any moderator before posting.
Some of the rules you might want to keep in mind:
^ This may be under the bazaar rules, but that is likely because you aren't supposed to advertise (and it's assumed transactions won't be discussed) elsewhere. It's ok to say "I bought nx" if you want to throw yourself out there, but don't say "I bought nx from so-and-so"
^ This means do not post "I confess that I hate so-and-so." You can say "I confess I hate certain people close to me," or something to that effect however you cannot state certain names. You also cannot call people out on scamming you unfortunately, as this cannot be proven or disproven.
Let's try to be nice and stay on topic =< some of your guys's confessions have been fun to read and I do want to continue reading them.
Oopsie mybad xD

I hate all of the useful enchants because I know I won't be able to get them even if I tried to without a lot of fails... Like my boiling that took 10 tries to get and blew up my flamerider on the first try ;-;

Large groups of people in Dunbarton scare me and annoy me at the same time.

I am one of those people who instinctively revive pets and partners.
TREAT YOUR PARTNER LIKE A FRIEND!

I keep my hand glued to my pet de-summon hotkey when I'm gathering so I'm ready to send my partners away whenever people come by to revive them.
I'M SORRY I LOVE MY PARTNERS BUT IT'S FOR THEIR OWN GOOD, STRESS IS A BAD THING.

When the housing market was down I think I convinced someone to sell me something expensive for loads cheaper. I can't remember what it was though.

Oh I've done that.
I also remember convincing someone to sell me a genuine nao coin back during the second release for 8m (and thus how I got my set). The set was going for around 40m+ at the time, I was very pleased (considering I was ready to spend that).
The confession is a couple days after the trade, the person noted me begging to trade back : | I was a dick and didn't reply.
