free phone app that will go away if delete it that uses wifi instead of data ?

I think there's an app called vyber that does that. Also google+ allows you to call using wifi but you need to make a google+ acc.

i tried google app thign before it got stuck on a loading screen and as useless (no longer have it) and vyber might be one i used to has :D but i dont want install it if its a texting app :(
