Beginner question about character direction.

  Hello ! I'm very new to this game and i'm here to ask you a few questions about the direction my character should take :
  
  - What do you think is the most effective when it comes to earn big loads of money ? Let´s assume my endgame goal is to be as rich as possible. Focus on life skills or focus on a character powerful enough to run high end dungeons ?
  
  - Is it viable to make an all rounder character ? Leveling a little bit of a lot of skills sets ? For example, is it ok to be a melee/archer/mage ?
  
  -Let's assume i want to be a lifeskiller/merchant, do you think i should focus on achery combat wise to increase my dex ?
  
  - I want to be able to play awesome music. Should i focus on magic since it raise my int so much ?

  Easiest way to amass gold is to attend raids and get as high contribution as possible. Life skills are huge money sinks and most dungeon drops aren't worth running for anymore...

  Early on, no. If you plan on playing this game for longer than a year and rebirth weekly, then yes branching out into other skillsets is the natural progression of character development.

  That would be efficient for ranged damage as well as puppetry damage. Though unless you live on the West Coast, I wouldn't do archery wtihout MTU optimization and other lag reducing stoof

  Enhalo already answered things nicely for you. For music, int has nothing to do with it. If you wanna play awesome music, if you're meaning buff, then you should get a demonic gloomy sunday with allegro chord enchants, as well as playing instrument effect reforges. If you're meaning just good sounding music in general, then ranking composing is your answer.
  
  If you're looking to mage, bard is defintely a thing you shold look into, since a lot of int does come from bard skills.

  bard talent also gives str so u can rank it simply for warrior base characer. Although the int isnt necessary for a warrior [maybe it is for those that tank with Mana shield] the skills from bard talent are quite useful. Just because bard gives out a lot of int and such, it isnt necessary to rank up magic unless u want to.

  1. If you're completely new to the game, gain capital by doing Church part time jobs. It's something simple you can do every 36 minutes. Gather stacks of them and while you're gathering, find out the average price per stack. Once you're at 100 part time jobs completed, you should earn a stack per job completed (12 if you're in a life skill talent).
  
  You could also fish for striped marlins and sell them for about 5-6k each to people collecting seals on their alts.
  
  With the seals, once you have enough, you could trade them in for Royal Knight Armor and sell that for quite a lot. Of course, you could also make money much more quickly by selling the Enchant Expiration removal scrolls available from the seal shop every Thursday.
  
  2. It is much more effective in the beginning to focus on one skillset. Most people start out with melee since it's VERY easy (unless you're an elf). Eventually, you will branch out, but for now, stick to one thing.
  
  3. Lifeskills add a lot of dex, which will add a lot of archery max damage. They're very grindy though, and require lots of money or Training Seals to complete. I wouldn't really suggest finishing all of them that early into your "Fantasy Life" unless you REALLY like grinding.
