Don't even worry about it, the game has been halted for development and probably wont make it out of the dev stage at this point. It was a crappy knockoff of vindictus with a mabi skin imo.

And this game always has the potential to lose alot of people because its so sandboxy, so really alot of games could grab people from mabi.

Yeah, Mabinogi 2's development was discontinued. It wasn't looking that great anyways so no worries.
Also, this game never really attracted that much of an active player-base (in North America at least) and probably won't attract that many people in the future either (Unless something crazy happens. Honestly, the Mabinogi advertising isn't that great anyways IMO so don't count on it to happen).
