Harvey's, not sure if they're in the US...
Basically burger king but much better burger quality, and they garnish your burger in front of you as you tell them what to put in it.

1. Boloco - They specialize in burritos, but not like typial burritos, they make burritos inspired by other food like my favorite is Banghok Thai burrito, but they also have BBQ burritos, tofu, teriyaki, ect. Also they do free burrito days every year.
2. Habaneros - El Salvardorian & Mexican fast food joint in Allston. Their quesadillas are the best I ever had and everyone raves how good they are.
These are my two favorites, they're not big chains fast food joints though just local, although Boloco is expanding.

C-Lovers, KFC, and there are a couple of lovely chinese restaurants nearby. I don't mind A&W, but I don't deliberately go for McDonalds. I don't eat fast food very much, but it's a treat.
