Finished the Soul Eater manga

And I have to say what an experience it was. I drew some key points from a couple of the chapters (don't worry, they don't reveal too much about the plot).

So first is Madness Fusion Justin Law:

This took me a couple of days to finish initially (because of midterms) and I used this as practice for different brushes. For example, I've never used the canvas texture for brushes before and I decided to use it with the drawing and it actually turned out really great.

Next one is one that I just finished up a few minutes ago.

My dear Crona with that creepy moon behind him. (Yes, I did refer to Crona as a male, only because the anime does this and a good majority of the fan translations of the manga refer to him as such).

People who haven't read the manga or haven't read that far into the manga might not understand the significance of the rose thorns and vines wrapped around the moon or the reason for the outfit change. They probably won't even get why Justin looks so weird. But hey, I suggest reading the manga, it's actually pretty awesome.

The manga finished around August of last year. To say the least, the ending was actually really..weird?

[SPOILER="Spoilers for your safety"]There was a lot of boob in the last chapter. Kid said it had something to do with Crona's lack of a maternal bond with Medusa, so the one thing he desired (that was the wording) was boobs because they were a symbol of maternity (or something like that).

Lord Death dies (haha, how ironic) and DtK becomes the new Shinigamisama. Marie and Stein screw, and now Marie is a mommy (and I have no fucking clue as to where they found the time to even get intimate with all this shit happening). Soul is declared the last Death Scythe.

Also. Arachne is supposedly the reason some humans can change into weapons, according to Excalibur. Somehow there came about this muted gene that she created. Raises the same question I had about Grimm. If one parent it a weapon and the other is a meister, does the offspring have any potential to be a weapon?[/SPOILER]
