Music on forum profile?

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. You can not register, post or otherwise interact with the site other than browsing the content for historical purposes. The content is provided as-is, from the moment of the last backup taken of the database in 2019. Image and video embeds are disabled on purpose and represented textually since most of those links are dead.

Some mp3 links you find on the internet may be temporary links (for instance it needs you to look at an advertisement before you can listen/download) and that's probably why your link may not work. A more steady method is to use puush, which is a file sharing program that acts like imagur/4 shared/tinyurl all in one. Once you download the application, you can right click files such as mp3s and thus you have an mp3 link uploaded.

I know that most people generally listen to their own music as they browse the interwebs/play games, so it's probably annoying to have music instantly start up as you check out someone's profile page.

You can disable auto play by going to Settings>General Settings and on the bottom click Off fo auto play.
