Ace or Milletian?

Milletian is the regular old talents, and Ace is i guess like a hybrid of multiple talents? Ace is the newer ones like Druid, Starlet, and I think soon Professor J.

Its pointless to go Ace since normal talents also affect their training skills.

Nope. Ace talents allow 2x training for 3 talents at the same time, while also giving better stats:

Now why would you pick puppet over starlet?

Only downside to Ace is that if you pick an Ace talent with a lifeskill talent in it you don't get the lifeskill talent bonuses. For example I picked merlin (has apothecary in it) and I didn't get the +10% rewards from ptj or smuggler information for commerce or the exp bonus from gathering (although you still get exp from making items).

Extra stats mean nothing, since they go away when you rebirth. Starlet, or any Ace for the matter, doesn't give passive stats either.

Also, from what I've heard, when you try to rebirth as Ace and you want to keep it, you have to PAY to maintain it.

You assume they will not rebirth using weekly rebirthing which costs the same to rebirth into milletian as it does to rebirth into ace. Why settle for less at the same price?

Extra stats mean alot when you are leveling, it contributes to about 100+ in certain stats depending on what you rebirth into at around level 50+. No talent gives passive stats, they only increase your stats based on the talent level (which u get regardless of the talent you are in), and increase your stats upon leveling (which is the same for both milletian and ace talents).

Again, you assume they are only freebirthing. Not only that, for 3 weeks you can be in ace talent and then rb out of it even if you are freebirthing so theres not much of a point in not going in those talents (unless there isnt an ace that covers the skills you want to train, or you want increased stat bonuses to a specific stat for leveling).

There are plenty of reasons to rebirth into ace, whether or not they are worth it to you at the time is up to you.

Might I add, that the training accessories for the ace talents is nothing to ignore?
Granted, I didn't use ace cards to rebirth (because I didn't feel the need too), but that accessory is a free exp reforge.

That alone is enough to get it, it'll save you money in some ways.

Yes because I RB weekly anyway and if I'm buying an Ace card may as well.

Also as pure said, stats from level up make a HUGE difference, in my case I lose around 80 max damage when not in a +dex talent. That is alot of damage.

I don't see the harm in starting as an ace and then rebirthing into a regular talent, if they aren't paying.
I mean Aces get more beginner equipment too, which cost 1 gold to repair, so if they like the talents involved with them, may as well. :D
Then just rebirth into a different one after based on the talent they wanna focus on.
