[FONT="Times New Roman"]One night, the King of Brune had a fantastic dream of an amazing dragon that appeared to him. The dragon roared saying, "If you can have my image at your side, you will forever be prosperous in your reign."

The King, upon waking up, requested that all artist in the kingdom who is willing to take up the request of drawing the dragon would be awarded handsomely...

However, should he fail, he/she would be put to death.

The first artist who came, quickly sat down with the King. As the King described the dragon to the artist, he quickly worked out the image. When the king was done explaining, the artist was also done. He presented the image to the King, however the King sighed and executed him.

Soon after, a second artist arrived, but just like the first, he failed to capture the image of the dragon in the King's dream. Artist after artist came and soon there were no more artist who wanted to draw, in fear of their own life and failure.

The King resigned that no more artist would come was about to close the offer until a young boy came. The young boy held no canvas, yet he asked to draw the dragon. The King noticed his young age and pleaded the boy to not take it, for he is young and he did not want to end his life. But the boy insisted and the King had no choice but to accept.

When he described the dragon to the boy, the boy simply sat still and listened. When he was finished, the boy simply nodded his thanks and left.

The King, feeling that the boy had made a wise decision was more than happy to let him go. However the next day the boy appeared again.

This shocked the king for this time as well, he held no canvas. The boy requested to listen to the details about the dragon from the King and he once again told him the details. Just like before, the boy nodded his thanks and left.

Every day, the boy kept coming, carrying nothing with him, and nodding his thanks before leaving.

After a while, the King grew impatient. When the boy came again carrying a huge cloth bag, the King politely asked kid to stop coming to visit him, and if he wants to hear a fairy tale, he should visit his town's storyteller.

However the boy smiled and when he bent over to pull something out of his cloth bag, he presented a small canvas to the King. The King gasped for the dragon on the image was exactly like in his dreams.

When he looked at the boy, he questioned how he did it. The boy smiled and said, "Every day, you told me a little more about the dragon than the previous day, and because of that I added a bit to my painting every day until I was able to paint your whole dragon."
