Added Referral/Recommend System---
A system where you refer friends to Mabinogi, and obtain exp points when said friends reach certain milestones. You then get bonuses depending on your exp total.
Point System (reqs for your friend):
Join another guild +30exp
Cumulative Lv100 +50exp
Join recommended player's guild +70exp
Cumulative Lv200 +100exp
Cumulative Lv300 +100exp
Complete G2 or Beast Mode +100exp
Complete G9 +100exp
Complete G113 +100exp
Total = 680exp

Book of Teleportation 1 location (70)
Movement +2% (170)
Stats +1 (320)

Halo Ring Effect Lv1 (810)

No matter what you put for requirements for friend referral system, people will still abuse it. There are still huge number of Koreans who are selling these "referral points" and honestly you can get a red ring (which is effect lvl4) for about paying $400.

I'm not sure why its even a big deal, those rewards arent really that good but more of a small bonus that you wouldnt look at twice. The only thing I'd want from that is the halo, but thats fashionogi. Even if people abuse it, I don't see any real harm in it because the effects from it are minimal.

Kenero really wants that Halo. She loves the one she has on KR and plus Kenero would refer lots of people anyways. The Halo has a nice look if you want to look like a cute little angel.

Revamp the Royal Alchemist system where it deducts 60 points per week to let them keep RA while the rest will be banked for later use. Right clicking a character will have an extra drop down slot to "Form a contract". This will allow someone to gain more RA points via helping them finish other generation content other than g9-g12; as well as unlocking some of the solo parts of the content in any generation including some non RA helpable sms in g9-g12 which gets enabled via contract.
