Ok :3 now what does splat do ?

PUP stands for Potentially unwanted program. Just remove all of those.

I'd recommend then scanning your system with TDSSkiller and ESET online scanner, just to be sure.

Removed them and now my PC won't connect to the internet :( even my range extender is actually off now .-.
