What Vate Talent?

That is weird, it let me choose Vate... Is your card old? Maybe try with the new card, if you are willing to afford it. @_@
Otherwise, I would try posting on Nexon forums and send a ticket too.

Make sure you remove/disable any mods you may be using at least for the duration of character creation. If you don't use any, maybe someone else can help you.

It's mods. I had to completely remove the data folder before I could see it.

It was, :p, you just have to delete the entire db folder though
