A basic guide to Lann

Note on Spears: There is no 0-hit smash attack. Pressing R without L x1-4 first will trigger Fury Infusion instead.

Yea this was wrriten pre spear realse
I know about r9 attack now
This guide was written pre spear and r9 upcap

However, given that it's the only Lann guide currently, may be prudent to update it with the new information as of spear release and uncap to r9?
