Fail to Run Mabinogi

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. Every time Mabinogi has a client update, this error pops up and I can only fix it by reinstalling the whole damn game.

How do fix this error without reinstalling?

Tried the video, Client.exe gives me a "windows cannot access" error.
