  I am seeking a few items in order to build more things on my Homestead. I would really appreciate any and all help.
  
  I will, also, be selling some things I do not want or need to make some inventory room. There are no prices so feel free to bargain. I don't really buy things in-game with coins unless I really need it, but please be kind and don't try to offer much less than what the item(s) are worth.

  And second of all, if you're going to center your text please do not use the bullet points. They are very headache-inducing and unnecessary imo.

  The RE/SE/Capsule has been taken off. I >wasn't< trying to sell untradeable items. If they don't say "Untradeable" in the content information, I'd figure they're tradeable. I don't have the time in researching such things.

  Alright. Do you need the Fine Firewood or the Average Firewood? I'm not sure if I can create the Fine Firewood just yet. With time, I can gather enough Average Firewood, though.

  Tomorrow's production day so I can guarantee a 99% success rate, if you don't mind waiting until then.
  If not, I can still make a fair amount of them, and I don't mind gathering wood myself.
  
  By the way: How many Emerald Cores do you have, and how much for each; what are the stats on the Talking Skull?

  @DarkPhantomAngel : Thanks so much. I will work on gathering the materials for the Tough String and Threads. I haven't done much with Weaving, but it will be good experience for me. xD As for the gems... Diamond: 4.25cm, both Topaz 5cm, Jasper 10cm, Star Sapphire 5cm & 3.12cm, Garnet 10cm, Ruby 10cm, Spinal 5cm... I hope that's what you meant by gems and I think I got them all. :3
  How much would you want for the Plates, Leathers, and Boards?

  Just as a suggestion, I wouldn't list NPC sold items as things you're selling for number of reasons.
  1. They're sold at NPC, people will not buy from you
  2. The fact that they're from NPC will just make them redundant.
  3. Helps trim down the selling list.
  
  I'm specifically talking about the score scrolls (those things are 30 gold in shop...), Alby Battle Arena coin (no use for it besides generation quests), and clay crystal (common drop from mobs and cheap from alchemy shop).
  
  That being said, in general, in selling list, you might wanna trim down unimportant/small items. For me, I'm always selling gems, but I don't post them here, I usually post items with higher value.

  I don't personally know what gems are good for or what they're going for in price/rarity so if you feel like that's a good trade, I'm fine with it. Maybe with these items, I can bump my homestead up another level. <3
  
  You need 50 Thin Thread Balls for x10 Tough Thread and 50 Thick Thread Balls for x10 Tough String, correct? If so, I also have those ready. :3
