What are your dreams? What do you want out of life.
What do you want to achieve once you've left school/university or in the forseeable future.
Or are you already doing what you've dreamnt and are happy.
Either way, I'd like to know as I like learning about the community around me.
Myself, I wish to be a genetic engineer when I finish school, and to live in the big city

solve the energy crisis as a chem engineer:)
However, within my fantasy dreams (stuff that can't be accomplished):
Witness the formation of an ideal society with a kind, benevolent dictator. Where people are purely altruistic (although this society may force people to be rather homogeneous) :D

My fantasy would be to own my own palace, or an island and just live on my own.
Or make my own country, with some awesome laws.

I want to waste my life playing video games and enjoying the little things I like to do; traveling, playing instruments, fashion, meeting people, falling in love? etc. Money is an asset to me since it allows me to do most of these things, thus why I pursue an education/job (something I like and feel like doing) making me more independent and able to provide for myself, which I like.
It's simple, really. I don't think I have any greater desires in life at the moment. I realized I'm happy with myself and as long as I can look back in life and feel satisfied with the person I am, the life I lived, is all I really want.

I really wanted to help people but I'm not driven enough to become doctor lol. Right now I'm trying to treat auto-immune diseases but the cost of living in SF and the daily round trip commute of 3 hours are slowly making me feel like this isn't worth it.
Was [S]complaining[/S] conversing with a good friend yesterday and the comment that I should work for Crunchyroll came up. Not sure if this is the inception of a new dream but it's the first time I've been excited about something non-Mabi for the last several months.
I agree 110% with what Meiji believes though :)

hmm, if I can live without worry and just focus on the things I like (games, animes, friends, manga and such), I would be happy. dont need to be a big dream, just a simple one. Sadly I doubt that can be acheived.

Not sure what field I want to go into in the future, but I was thinking about Neuroscience. Still undecided.
As for other goals, not sure what I really want from life, but I'll figure out what I want as time goes on.

Software engineer specializing in interactive multimedia. Montreal is a hub for the aerospace and video-game industries. I want to go into video-games, but simulations, web-design, and applications are also an option. Recently, I've been working mostly on embedded systems, so there could be a career on that.

No dreams here, I'm afraid--just some goals. Things like continuing to develop myself personally and professionally.

From medical science to anime? LOL SF is pretty darn expensive, though, and I can certainly relate when it comes to a 3+ hr round trip commute (thankfully, I didn't have to do this often).

Become an elite grade gold digger, also known as a
Founder Hounder. These girls seek out the founders of tech startups (who are plentiful in California). Especially those who have a good chance to make it big. They are pretty, intelligent and well educated. Get to work!

Make magic a reality, bring spirits into the world, let them do as they like and bring human civilization to a halt, forcing everyone to rethink the way they view the universe and make this world a better place in general.
On a more scientifically plausible side of things, to be the first transgender male to female to give birth. I mean the tech is there today in experimental phases, so... anyhow, I want to raise a family and yeah not much more there.
On an easier side of things, to get an actual house instead of living in an apartment. Have a gaming PC with a high-end GPU on board. Learn how to speak Japanese.
