Best setup for me

Righto, I need some help deciding on my best setup atm.

Armor:
Thames Plate Helm
Thames Plate Armor
Thames Plate Gauntlets
Fabien Greaves (Because the boots are way outta my price range right now)

Weapons:
Twin battle swords
Artisan 1: STR 15 Luck 63
Artisan 2: STR 67 Luck 36 Dex -31

Stats:
(values are expressed as total/base and while holding artisaned swords
STR 328/194
INT 151/140
DEX 20/61
WILL 137/104
LUCK 146/24

CRITICAL: 72%
BALANCE: 57%

Defensive stats
Defense 78/58
Protection 19
Magic Def 22
Magic Prot 12
Currently at level 51

I'm a human and I'm aware of the atrocious dex penalty, the 35% reduction on top of my swords.

There's a few things I would like to know:
1) Should I reroll my battle swords?
2) What enchants should I try and get for my armor and swords, I have done defeat the shadow warrior north of 20 times just to get a defensive cylinder in the off chance I can find a decent enchanter in time.
3) I know Thames is a must have for giants, not so much for humans, what should I work towards instead? Barring RK armor
4) I'm looking for a Francisca to use alongside a shield due to its high crit rate and the fact that I can still deal damage while using a defensive build.

Any help is appreciated!

If you're gonna keep the current armor, try getting your hands on Sight and Strider enchants to temporarily overcome the low Balance you have right now, also rank Sword Mastery if you haven't yet, and plan to continue using swords for a long time.

Defensive isn't as good anymore since the defense bonus isn't that great compared to what you can get for strength, you may be better of getting Damage enchants instead (again, Sight might benefit you more in your current situation).

1. Just the low str one. A battle with high str with no luck is still better than low str and high luck.
2. Sight for your armor, strider for your shoes, and elegant for your gaunts. Defensive isn't a good choice because of its inefficient stats. The current meta (and always have been) is that you go for offensive stats, rather than defensive. Plus sight is much easier to rank.
3. RK armor isn't a good choice if you're gonna use armors seriously. RK armor is mainly for fashion. You can get the quartz pitch black light armors from raids, and you can get bunch of them, get an ancient or boiling enchant and poof them until you get it on one of the armors.
4. Not recommended. Shield isn't really that useful for humans or elves unless you're using magic or alch. Francisca, being a one handed weapon it is, gives terrible damage (worse than beams), so the resource you put in a shield or Francisca can easily be put into finding the enchants I just mentioned.
