  As for gold, shadow wizard hm is by far the best, just stock on as much luck as you can and you'll see 1-2 lucky bonuses on every room. It's like 100k per run, just need to run as fast as possible.
  
  Another good one considering all servers are fucked up is episode 4 where millia is charging up. Just find a server with stutterstepping mobs and use your aoe skills with one of those bags that pick up gold up. It's around 600k ish per hour depending how fast you kill said mobs.
