  Usually by 450 damage for both you can clear out hm mobs.
  For elite, you'll be looking at 575+.

  I have slightly less than 400 damage on puppetry thanks to Heavy Armor Mastery and I can clear mobs just fine on elite.

  Conversely, I find 500 max isn't quite enough for BFT2 HM. Most things die after a crisis+crash combo, but I consistently find one or two stranglers that need a windmill to finish off. Though, that's remedied if I sing battle field overture. After singing, nothing lives.

  For guns, 650 max for Tara, 700ish max for Tail HMs. You can just one-shot them using shooting rush

  400 damage barely gets you over 2k on climactic crash. Much lower than 2k in hm missions where mobs begin to have defensive stats.
  If you crit both times, maybe you can finish them, but I'm talking non-crit cc. If you say you're clearing elite rooms with less than 400 damage with cc, that's a lie.
