If nexon doesn't care then it's nothing of the playerbase business of what other people sell or buy ingame.
Didn't nexon make a huge post saying anyone caught makeing a nx trade or selling nx would be banned

Away from sight, away from the heart~
But seriously as long it's between trustworthy buyers/sellers there's no point in raising a fuss about it. I just recommend taking precaution when giving out nx to someone for a trade unlock. Most large guilds hold a scammer list for a reason.

Yes but they dont really seem to do anything about it. The last thing they want is to ban nx buyers that make them profit. I think them saying nx trading is bannable is just a way to scare people into buying nx themselves instead of using gold to do so.

Yeah I don't know, but I always see people carelessly advertising NX trading. Still not something I'd risk. Perhaps it depends if someone cares enough to report you that they might consider banning?

I've always followed my own personal rule:
If I want to sell my elemental level 6 weapon or other bound items... I would be the one to provide the NX potion since I am the one ACTIVELY advertising. Especially if I put up a sign saying [S>Level 6/HLC Claymore] - Note me!
However, if I am the one BUYING it... like I put up a sign saying [B>Level 6/HLC Claymore] - Note me! And some person decided to note me, I would be the one to offer the NX to unlock it. Because I am the one who wants the item and this person who pm'ed me is the one who agreed to it.
That's just how I personally run it for my own. I do not know what other people believe but it works so far for me and I believe it is fair since on the flip side, I expect someone who is actively putting up a party sign he is selling a bound item, he unlocked it with his own NX, and likewise, if I see someone buying the item, they would either provide the NX or expect to pay very extra to unlock it.

"Please unlock this for me, Honey~"
I don't see an issue.
