unfortunately I cant use them for approximately 2 years due to being unable to buy style tab untill then because I stock piled on it before it was a once a month purchasable only

Their customer support has gotten a lot better here lately.
I've had to send in two tickets in the past month, and they've both been answered within a day (and both were on weekends), with the issues being solved and more than enough compensation being given.
It sucks yours took so long, but they've really been busting their asses these past couple of months.

Glad they finally got their act together too. Now it's easier to recommend the game knowing that the customer support isn't shit.

Haha, it took them that long to respond to my ticket back in 2012 for getting a scratched up NX card.
Too bad they responded back half a year later.
Mom already threw out the card by then.

That's nice of them to give you what you paid for.
Took long, but at least it didn't take as long as one ticket Osayidan sent took. I think he got a reply after like 3 or so years.

I wish they'd give me something back that I've lost lol I have tons of items (including nuadha set and hebona robex2), nx (at least 1 rebirth card that got deleted, and 25k nx that I can remember), and likely other things that never got addressed (either auto-closed or whatnot).
Alas it's good to see another person with a happy ending, congrats!

Re-send the tickets. I had to do that for one. The worst they can say is it happened too long ago and no.

I've sent three (and now four) tickets about the nuadha set that got deleted (which wasnt hacked, I have a video showing how i got it from voight)

Really though, anyone who still has tickets sitting open from months/years ago or anyone who had their ticket closed without resolution 6+ months ago should re-send it. It's amazing how much better they've gotten.

They kinda screwed me, cause i had to close 2 small tickets to leave my commerce reforge one up, and what i lost wasnt that bad anyway (nowadays it's total garbage).
But i do remember when nexon gave me an event bat dress for a regular bat dress.
Honestly their server logs must have been detailed as fuck, because there was no record of it ever being in my inventory between server ticks. Got it from stones, picked it up, nexon servers went down for hours, month later, bat dress in mail.

I can relate to this. A little over a year ago I sent a ticket. A year into the ticket's lifetime I got a response (shortly after their customer got renewed) but it took a half a year with back and forth after that. Eventually, after one and a half years, I got my 2008~09 back, and they allowed me to change the email address for it. Something they specifically said they cannot do, they did. I did provide some account information (what the name could be, what the birth date could be, what the name of the characters in the account were, but not too many definites.)
They are at least trying to get better. The same GM who helped me also helped a few of my friends, some of them getting additional compensations like pons and reforge kits as compensation.
