Firebolt with these stats?

150 MATK (Inlcuding gear, int, title, all etc)
cc+4
r1 Firebolt
r1 Fire Mastery
r1 Magic Mastery
r1 Magic Weapon Mastery

What would the damage be for a full charge 1 hit? (assuming 0 prot/def/ele)

150 MATK x 0.5 Coefficient = 75 Base Damage

120 + 75 = 195 Base Damage

x6.5 (CC4) = 12,67
x1.15 (FM) = 1,457
x2.5 (MWM) = 3,644

x2.5 (Critical Hit) = 9,110
x1.3 (FM + BM) = 10,298
x1.45 (FM + BM + Hebona Set) = 11,486

Just to add that Magic Mastery has no known influence on the damage of your Magic Spells, unless you meant Bolt Mastery instead.
