Holy eagle mask reforge help!

As title states.

Does any one know if the Holy eagle masks can roll the magic attack reforge? I ask because the spellbooks were capable of obtaining it so maybe the mask is considered a spellbook/shield?!

It does get spell book reforges as well as shield reforges too, I believe.

It can. Mine has Magic Attack 5 Reforge on it.

However everything on that looks like a low roll? Or is it capped at 5/10 for r1?
