This has been happening since yesterday I don't know why. It gives me this error code 0x00010703. I searched it up and it comes up with hackshield being messed with but I don't even touch hackshield can anyone help?

Try going into hackshield's folder and running the update program?

I've done that as well

http://rydian.net/downloads/mabinogi/HSUpdate.vbs
Save this file (it's plaintext so some browsers will display it's contents, just CTRL+S and save it with the default filename) and put it in your Mabinogi folder (outside of the hackshield folder). Then run it and it'll try to finish the HS update process for you.
If that doesn't work, the next step would be to try reinstalling mabi to get a working HS setup.

Tried that and I tried re-installing and none of them worked .-.

In the start menu type in "msconfig" with no quotes and hit enter. In the new window go to the "startup" tab and screenshot everything that's checked.

I know this is old, but I went ahead and moved this thread for you (and am giving you a free bump in the process) so that if you haven't already resolved your issue, someone might see it here and help.

Thanks. I restored my computer to factory settings I think I had a virus that was messing with the hackshield
