Ferghus's Request quest... broken?

  I noticed I have this crap in my inventory:
  Ferghus's Blacksmith Gloves
  [S]Ferghus's Letter[/S] <-- found out that's unrelated. rest still applies.
  
  And a quest: Ferghus's Request
  
  I'm supposed to deliver the gloves to someone in the shadow realm (Jenna according to the wiki).

  Clicking on the quest name URL on that page brings me to G11's main page, but can't find any mention of ferghus's request on there.
  
  Was this quest removed or something? I can't enter the shadow realm with the gloves or anything like that, can't drop/destroy, and can't give up the quest. I just want this crap out of my inventory.

  I believe you need the Shadow Mission. Talk to Ferghus to receive it if you don't have it.

  That did it, wonder how many years I had that quest sitting there and me being too lazy.
