What is the fastest method to rank Snapcast?

There's no real fast way to rank it, just be around enemies a lot and use it as often as your cool-down time will allow you

Snap cast's training speed is limited by one major thing, and that is it's cooldown. So to be able to use the skill most often, you need to reduce it's cooldown as quickly as possible. Starting at Rank 9 and up, the skill's training actually expects you to do this too.

Snap cast's cooldown reduction happens when you fire a spell, not when you charge it. Furthermore it depends solely on the number of times you fire, not the number of things you hit. It reduces the cooldown by 2 seconds each spell you fire.

So a +4 chaincast ice wand (potentially with speed upgrades too if you're willing to use a savage ice wand for this) fired at a high-number of quickly-respawning mobs will be the best way to powertrain snap cast, and then you can use your use of snap cast to snap cast icebolt to give you a free 5 icebolt shots (to jump-start the cooldown reduction by -10 seconds again).

I'm still trying to get this skill >.< The requirements for it are just weird
