I actually finished this game last year (woot EU/AU/NZ early release), so all my characters have their job levels maxed out if you really want a boost.

Also try not to hear Spike Spencer once you recognize the voice. I spent most of the game going "Goddamnit Shinji" every time Ringabel died.
