Apparently in Florida they have a "no camping" ordinance which makes it so homeless people aren't allowed to so much as use a blanket to keep warm or they are considered camping. This means that all the homeless people have to sit outside with no means of keeping warm. I mean, I know Florida is considered a warm state, but still. At night in the middle of winter I'm sure it gets at least a little cold.
Just thought someone might like to know. Thoughts?

Yeah there are a lot of homeless people in Miami, it saddens me that more and more people come out and sleep at streets...

Cruel.
They didn't seriously think that "consent of the property owner" and "advising about shelters" actually avoids deaths to a sufficient degree?
