Is it still possible?

And he said that he thinks got it from Saga. So I'm wondering if its still possible to get them. (Just to note, the transformation medal is tradeable)

No they were from an event. I can link the event here for you if you'd like to see the details, but it is in fact over and gone.

How weird, oh well fixed xD hopefully the OP sees and isn't too disappointed at the lack of availability for the transformations.
