  Some duping methods involve the fact that the game saves different data at different points. Transfer an item from A to B, make sure that B's data saves, then crash the server before A's data saves.
  
  Then you have the item on both B (since it saved after transfer) and A (since the last good save was before the transfer).
  
  Of course, channel/server crashes can also work the opposite way, deleting an item if A saves and B doesn't... so Nexon generally tries to make sure that all characters and such save any time they can and tries to stop things from logging in/out too rapidly to prevent either issue.

  It looks like that channel specifically is super derped up. Sitting at DD now seeing two hydra's that have been there for at least an hour. And that person's grandmaster w/e thing has scrolled across anytime I've changed to that particular channel. I dunno man.

  It looks like the other channels were restarted properly (that is, with the event running, not emergency restart) and a friend of mine that's been locked out due to the CH7 crash a while ago is back in.
