Are the totem stats rigged to be low?

Assuming it is perfect probability, out of all the totems I get, there should be an equal proportion of totems with good stats vs bad stats.

Take the hp totem from example. The range is 10-70 hp. That means, if it is random, I should see an equal amount of totems in the 10-20 hp bracket as the 60-70 hp bracket. However, out of the thirty hp totems I got, not a single one passed the 50ish hp mark and there were plenty with the minimum stats (10-20 hp). The same applies to every other totem, with 2 exceptions out of the hundreds I got from spamming.

Out of 5 stamina ones I got 4 very shitty ones under 20, but one of +62.
That doesn't prove or disprove anything especially with such a small sample size, but it is possible to get decent ones.
I personally don't expect to see any maxed out ones though.

Someone had a maxed out Couple's T-Shirt but the range for that is much smaller (1-20). So it has a larger "chance" of hitting max.

But I don't expect any of the HP, MP, or SP ones to reach maxed stats. They might get pretty close (60+) but a 70 will be a rare sight to see. :<

I got a 70 stamina. Yay me? I do believe it's rigged, though. Out of the 20+ rings I got not a single stat went above 9.

Usually it should be standard curve, but i think for the game's balance's sake (reforge imbalance aside), the curve is probably skewed. From the mountain of totems that I got, the best i got was a int 13 str/luck 5 will 9 dex 1, and max 12.

Dat dex though. I'm not a mage ._.

With how easy it is to get the boxes that contain the totems this time around, I would say that it is fair to have them have a lower chance of getting a higher roll.

I was going to say that as well. 7 eyes for a box if you wanted to do it. Plus the bonus from the fire and all the ones from the darts. Tons of boxes.

My first totem was a max crit one. All my other ones have had a relatively decent range. Not max, but at the very least helpful.

All of the totems I've gotten so far are better than my Halloween ones(except my measly 21 HP vampire fang), but not maxed. Highest I have is 50 stamina.

I've gotten a lot of crap. I do have a few good ones out of 600 boxes or so. 65 stam, 60 hp, 49 mp(-.-), 9/9 def/magic def, 8/9/8/7/6 ring, and 13 max totem(D:). Really the only thing I've been looking for is a high max totem. It seems like 99% of the time you get a totem you are going to get a totem in the lower 75%(of max) stat-range, the other 1% of the time you will randomly get anything within the highest 25%. Dunno though, I could be unlucky(probably am).

I'll probably resort to buying a max damage totem (18+) if I can't get one :(

Yea, seems like most stat totems are limited to 50. Anything higher seems super rare

But is it really proper to isolate your own rolls from the rest of the playerbase, when everyone is currently trying to get good rolls? For all we know it isn't rigged at all.

Hence why it's a question. I noticed a lot of folks can't seem to get the higher rolls as well.
