Rain casting with ecology/engineering.

Production is Tailoring and Blacksmithing finishes.
Gathering is better with Shearing since it has a 100% success. Pet Shearing at hot springs is the best.

Rain Casting is not available in Hillwen.

Does rain casting work in Shyllien?

And just for clarification, magic craft WILLL NOT work? (I'm positive that clouds are allowed there but not so sure if it will help training.)

Rain Casting works in Shyllien. Not sure if it affects gathering, but it does increase Craft rates.

And Magic Craft is crafting, but not considered "Producing". Same goes for Weaving, Refining, etc.
Carpentry might count, can't remember if it does, but for sure Blacksmithing and Tailoring mini-games are part of the small club that does.

The easiest way to fill that req is to make Headbands to 99.9 and save them. Raincast and then just speed through the mini-game with all misses. IIRC you can use other people's clouds, which makes it easy to rank if you know somebody with Rank 1.
