  If you have anything, anything at all that is simply to share or post or blog or show off post it here.
  
  On the other hand...
  If you have something with an open ended question or invitation for opinion from others, then you can post a new topic.
  By this I mean if you are posting a link you found, stating your opinion on it, and asking others for their opinions on it then you can make a new thread.
