Usually if I blacklist someone, or someone blacklists me, it's a mutual thing that we don't want to talk to each other period. XD;
Not that I get blacklisted often. I've only heard of someone blacklisting me once for trying to serenade him. Of course if someone's that touchy to the point that they can't be friendly or take a simple joke, then I won't want anything to do with them either, so it works out in the end.
If that person's spamming your inbox and you really don't like it, you should really report it to a GM or something(if you haven't), and show that picture. >_< Otherwise, it'd be best to ignore them because they most likely only write to you expecting a reaction... so if they think you stopped reading it, then they'll get bored and stop, hopefully.
