Elite Hero Cards: "Lightning Rank C"

Is this Thunder? All of the other intermediate and advanced spells are already on the list, so that's my guess, but.. Can anyone confirm this? I don't see any information on the wiki about character cards and there are no fancy new tables. :<

I'll probably get this card once I break 2k anyway [s]to fix my n00bish AP screwup[/s] but I wanna know if I'm gonna have to hunt down more pages. :L

An elite hero druid should come with r3 bolts and r9 int magics among other things.

Nexon's description is wrong for druid on their elite hero card. The skills mentioned on the page are actually hero druid ranks (the 1k total card).
