I did 11, and only got "Drink Fetcher" and "Enabler" titles.

And you get the fetcher after giving him 1, the enabler after giving him 3 and the stop drinking so much after 11.

To be honest, if someone actually got Decisively Easy, Vengeful, or one of the Clear X Mission 100 times titles, I'd be impressed.
I was at 40/100 for Decisively Easy but oh well.
And the title is a quest reward, checking the quest details states that you only should give him 10 (and one for good luck). I have the screenshots of turning the quest in.
