Are you talking about Bolt Composition or all three bolts being fused together? If you're talking about BC, then it's magic fusion that you can do by yourself by casting one magic, and while that's loading, you charge another bolt.

If you're talking about all three bolts fused together, then it's an overpowered ability. It's a stackable multitarget attack that always knocks down the enemy. At one charge, it's just a damage boost, but if the person can get all five charges, it's a broken skill, since the enemy group will be knocked down, only to get up to be knocked back down.
