Perhaps it would be good to have a guide or list of places that are optimized or at least convenient for training certain skills or gathering certain items/materials. Please list any such places (including dungeons and shadow missions) you use/know of along with the material/skill they're useful for. I'll start with a couple of mine, then edit and organize this original post if enough people contribute.
Windmill - Enemy Behind, namely for the finish multiple enemies requirement because of the orbs/summoning circles that have repeated, small, tight groups of mobs with changeable CP based on mission difficulty.
Support Shot - Dorren's Request, because of the infinite orb hits with normal running speed mobs and changeable CP. Also gives you a good deal of room so that you can be out of aggro range of most of the mobs you aren't shooting at.

For Windmill I usually use one of 3 spots.
I either use Longa Gem Arrow Dungeon, Other Alchemist, or the Cooking Dungeon. Which one I use depends on which requirements I have to fulfill.

Support Shot - Their method. Get a zombie stuck on a light post.
All other range skills - Rafting. Unless you have extremely low dex.
Windmill and most kill training skills - SCC. Helps with crisis support.
Gun skills - Sulfur Spider first room

For windmill I used their method because of the tight groups and cp they have. For support shot I used their method as well because it does 1s and they walk and you can also trap them behind a tree and semi afk while doing it. For things that require kills and not cp I use raccoons, for just use the skill requirements ill normally go to provo and afk train.
Edit: alot of skills can be trained in first room of toa due to the flux of cp from alchemists to golems. They are literally about a full cp level different which can be really convenient do multiple requirements ay once.

The Mailbox. Also known as T̸̘̗̬͙he Ì͖̩̜̤͇M̸̖̬͙̼̟͈̼ạ̪̬̲̫ÌilÍœÌ͉Ì̪̻̯boÍxÍ¡. (?)
Here you can train numerous skills from (but not limited to) Combat to Puppetry. How? It's very simple!
Since this game now doesn't require effort at all for most skills, all you gotta do is afk 24/7 advertising to buy skill potions! It is my personal
favorite training spot for everything, really.
And voila, r1 all skills gg wp nexon.
