  There's the free pet cards, support char cards, alpaca shearing, and hot-time events... but I guess for this well it makes more sense for it to be per-character instead, since they have separate homesteads. XD
  At least I would hope it's per-character rather than per-account.

  ^this, first thing i thought when i heard about the event.turn all flashy annoyances into ugly/decent color dyes and rinse repeat for days. Glad i have a pet full of uknown frags and garbage herbs

  It's a -possibility- that the Fractal Well is the one that stops working after the event, it is also limited to 1 gather per day.
  The other Well -might- be the one that continues to work when the event ends, and also yields more dyes a day.

  I don't think it helps but it is a level 3 item, so maybe you have to be 3 to make it show?

  Hmmm, good point. I'll try and raise my homestead level on my alt later then. I don't see it on my main though in KR which has a level 7 homestead so I'm doubting it.
