Lol, my BR score is now 0. Basically, AP users reign supreme and BR is just a kick in the face that reinforces that. The only ones who ever stay king or maintain high scores are the ones who've bought out all the capsules and what have you from the premium/AP shop. I know a lot of people would say that it doesn't matter how much or how little AP you have if you have no skill to back it up, but you really can't compete against someone who has AP and skill, especially considering that they can kill you with taser swords and G-capsule guns before you have a chance to breathe, while still having plenty of HP to spare after getting shot at relentlessly.
